This tenant improvement project transformed an existing commercial building into a cohesive, brand-forward environment for a growing company. The project balances three distinct but interconnected program types — office space, an experiential showroom, and a warehouse.

The three program areas are laid out to compliment and enhance each other while maximizing their individual utility: The office areas provide a polished, productive environment suited to the client's expanding team, the warehouse was organized for operational efficiency directly supporting day-to-day business needs.

Working closely with the client, the design integrated their products directly into the architecture — making the merchandise itself a built element rather than an afterthought, creating an immersive environment that communicates the brand's identity from the moment a visitor steps inside.

On the exterior, repurposing an existing canopy with strategic use of the client's brand colors and architectural detailing ensures visibility and recognition from the street.

We are particularly proud how similarly our renderings turned into the real, built environment. Through truly collaborative engagement with the client, we were able to fully manifest their vision into reality!
