These are a series of marketing renderings for a cul-de-sac of six houses for the Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity.

It's taken a few years for Habitat to work this development through the city because it sits on an environmentally sensitive and challenging site. Construction is scheduled to begin April 2026.

One of our partners sits on the board of directors for GFHFH. We are passionate about housing affordability, access to housing and believe strongly in the virtuous mission of Habitat for Humanity.
